Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on location.
- UK Orders: Typically arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 5–15 working days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Orders & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the purchase price.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be required upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused or not accepted due to unpaid charges, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Refunds & Store Credit

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping. -
Non-Damaged Returns:
All other returns are eligible for store credit only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged Items Policy
We take damaged claims seriously.
If we determine that an item has been intentionally damaged or damaged after delivery, the return will be rejected and no refund or credit will be issued.
